The bowhair that I intend to use in my current work. It has to be cleaned since there’s a lot of sticky rosin on it from the time it was played with on the violin bows. I let the hair sit overnight in a basin with sodiumcarbonate and then rinsed it out thouroughly. After it dries it is ready to be combed and applied.
